City Council to Hear Rezoning Request, SPLOST and BYOB Ordinance

Tuesday, residents will have an opportunity to make public comments about the proposed rezoning request to allow for a garden supply business.

There is only one item on the Peachtree Corners City Council meeting agenda but the council has added a Work Session to follow and has included several topics to be discussed.

At its regularly scheduled meeting Tuesday, Dec. 3, is a Second Read for a request to rezone a 1.75-acre parcel at 500 South Peachtree Street from C-1 to C-3 to allow a garden supply business to operate. A period for public comment on the rezoning is included.

Immediately following the City Council will move into a Work Session, two topics for discussion are listed, SPLOST and BYOB Ordinance.

The City Council meetings are scheduled for 7 p.m. and are held at City Hall, 147 Technology Parkway. The council decided recently to hold Work Sessions after its regularly scheduled council meetings if needed.
