A town hall meeting sponsored by the Peachtree Corners Yes committee is set for Monday, August 29, 2011 from 7:30 to 9 pm.
The location is the Peachtree Corners Baptist Church, 4480 Peachtree Corners Circle (on the corner of West Jones Bridge Road), 30092.
The meeting is free and open to the public.

Several speakers will share the history and current status of cityhood leading up to the November 8 vote. Speakers will include GA House Rep Tom Rice (HD 51) who was instrumental in passage House Bill 396 through the Georgia legislature.
The bill was signed by the Governor Deal on May 11. Key topics included are: why the status quo isn't an option, why a limited service city is the solution, safequards in the charter, and how much will it cost?
