OLD BUSINESS

Second Read and consideration of a request for a Special Use Permit to add used auto sales to an existing church use on a 1.34 acre parcel located at 4521 Buford Highway in Land Lot 258, 6th District, Gwinnett County, Georgia.

NEW BUSINESS

Public hearing: 2014-2015 Budget Presentation

Action Item: Consideration of an Alcoholic Beverage License Application for Shandiz House of Kabob’s at 5270 Peachtree Pkwy, Suite 115, Peachtree Corners GA 30092. Applicant is Nozhan Montaz for Consumption on Premise Wine & Malt Beverage.

Action Item: Consideration of an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the City of Peachtree Corners and Gwinnett County for construction of a sidewalk on Crooked Creek Road (LMIG).

Action Item: Consideration of an extension of the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the City of Peachtree Corners and Gwinnett County for routine road maintenance.

Solid Waste Ordinance: First Read and consideration of Solid Waste Ordinance.

Action Item: Consideration of approving a contract for Economic Development Services with The Pendleton Group and authorizing signature for contract documents.

Resolution: Consideration of a Resolution adopting the 2014 – 2015 budget for the City of Peachtree Corners, Georgia; appropriating amounts as shown in each budget as expenditures; adopting the revenue projections; and prohibiting expenditures to exceed appropriations.
