Rachel has attended Peachtree Elementary since kindergarten, and we are very proud of her accomplishments.  She is a bright, talented, young lady who strives to always make the honor roll. She honors her parents with excellence in the classroom and reflects their training with good manners. No challenge is too great or task too small for her as she applies equal amounts of time, energy, and tenaciousness to all she tackles.

Outside of school Rachel is a creative person, enjoying reading and writing.  Rachel’s family is very important in her life.  She cares deeply about her parents and three brothers.  Through their love and support Rachel has become a well-rounded positive role model.

Rachel gives of herself on a daily basis, helping other students with questions or problems that they may have with their schoolwork. She takes great pride in her work and holds very high expectations of herself. She strives to achieve her best in everything that she does. Rachel’s humbleness gives her that rare ability to create a warmth and friendliness that comes from her heart.

We are pleased and honored to present Rachel Newman with our Student of the Month award. She is an outstanding young lady who reflects Peachtree Elementary’s School Wide Rules of Respect, Responsibility, and Caring.

The Peachtree Corners Rotary Club meets each Monday at 12:00 p.m. at the Carlyle House in downtown Norcross, visit the club's website for additional information.
