Chinese Horse year

Β The road is clear. Back in office after a nice new year break. Happy Chinese horse year.

Historically, the Horse is the symbol of power, so it is only natural that the Year of the Horse has been chosen as one of the symbols of the Chinese Zodiac. Seventh in the cycle of the Zodiac, the Horse years are: 1930, 1942, 1954, 1966, 1978, 1990 and 2002.

If you are acquainted with any Horse people, be sure to recognize their skills because they love flattery. Generally Horses display many contradictions of personality, so you will have to study them for a while before understanding them completely. They are proud, but sweet tempered, conceited yet humble. The trick is in the knowing.

Horse person is an extrovert and possesses a quick wit, so he is normally the life of the party. One thing to be mindful of, though, is people born during the Zodiac Year of the Horse are frank, direct people. Sometimes their frankness is tactless. Most times the Horse realizes this too late and although contrite, the person on the receiving end is often unable to forgive what he has perceived as an insult.
