The Real Estate Market has been steady and inventory has remained low this year. We have had a strong first quarter and are gearing up for our spring market. Locally there are voids in some price ranges, creating a frenzy, when a good home priced right comes on the market. Multiple offers are more common than not. This drives values up and in many cases above list price.
We will look at Peachtree Corners year to date sales and compare with this time last year. Remember real estate is local and what you hear on the news may pertain to one area of the city or even one subdivision but not all will be experiencing the same market.
Year to date in Peachtree Corners we have had 45 homes sell. In the same period last year we had 62 homes sold.

There are currently 64 homes on the market. An average of 15 homes sold per month. That represents a four month supply of homes. This is considered a balanced market meaning inventory is not favoring buyers or sellers.
