November Real Estate Update: Fewer Homes for Sale

There are 79 homes currently on the market in the City of Peachtree Corners. This inventory is the lowest it has been in 2013.

November is here. The real estate question at this time of year is, “Should I list now or should I wait?"

The answer is, “A good home, priced right sells any time of the year.” So the quandary becomes when will I get the best price for my home.

The answer is when inventory is down, and demand is up you will be in a position to get the very best price. One of the best reasons to list during holidays is inventory will nearly always be low.
