Remarks: Observed grill operator change gloves while working with different foods and equipment without changing gloves. Observed several foods in walk-in cooler and in 1-door reach-in cooler (under coffee machine) holding at temperatures above 41 F. Observed employee prepping sandwiches wearing a pink bracelet. Observed another employee working with fryers wearing multiple bracelets and a watch. Had employees remove jewelry. Walk-in cooler and 1-door reach-in cooler (frontline under coffee machine) not maintain temperature at 41 F or below. Observed wet mop sitting in dirty water in mop bucket.
