Remarks: Utensil used to cook chicken was found stored as clean and had food debris present. Several bulk storage containers of salt, sugar, flour, and msg were not identified with the common name of the food items at the time of inspection. Cooked chicken cooling in deep covered container in the walk in cooler. Item was moved to more shallow pan to finish cooling. Soy sauce buckets that are made for single use are being reused to store sauces, salt and msg in the walk in cooler and prep area.
