Remarks: Several bags of cheeses were opened on Sunday; they were not date labeled. Wet wiping cloths were observed stored in several containers of chlorine sanitizer that was inadequate. Two containers of in-use utensils were observed stored on prep surfaces in room temperature water. The water was discarded.

Remarks: Several food items were not being maintained at proper cold storage temperatures: veal parmesan, eggplant parmesan, chicken parmesan, sauteed vegetables, and chicken salad. ultiple foods were still held in use past their refrigerated shelf-life: cooked beef, minestrone soup, and bulk portion of ham. An old inspection score of 99A is posted on the wall near the door. The reach-in compartment of the salad cooler was providing air temperatures of 41F on the left side and 56F on the right side. Small shelf over the soda station needs a thick coat of paint. Food debris and residue are scattered underneath the smaller microwave next to the soda station. Clean this surface. Flooring underneath the soda station has beverage residue and needs to be scrubbed clean. Adjust the weatherstrip at the rear exit door.

Remarks: Containers of "Black Flag" and "Powerhouse" bug sprays labeled for residential or household use were observed in the facility. The chemicals were discarded. Poisonous or toxic materials (such as pesticides) according to the manufacturer's label instructions that state that use is allowed in a food service establishment. Several expired drink syrups were observed in storage.
