This is Caroline’s first year at Peachtree, but already she has embraced the multicultural diversity of our school and all it can offer.

Caroline is a delightful and talented young lady whose name appears at the top of the Principal’s Honor Roll in her class. Caroline is a wonderful reflection of her parents’ upbringing. Her daily life honors them with her respectful, responsible, and caring behavior both in and out of the classroom.

Caroline may appear quiet, but she is a wonderful role model for her classmates.  Not only does she challenge all those around her to be their best academically, but she is also a compassionate and empathetic friend to everyone.

At home, Caroline loves to spend time with her three brothers and one sister.  Caroline is a dedicated swimmer and swims competitively for a local team. Another of her passions is reading.  She loves to read all kinds of books from mystery to non-fiction.   Whenever she is finished her work, you will find Caroline quietly sitting with her nose stuck in a book.

Caroline exemplifies Peachtree’s International Baccalaureate profile.  She is open-minded and respectful both to adults and her peers.  Caroline is principled in how she conducts herself and can always be relied on to do what is right.

Her positive energy and leadership qualities together with her empathetic, confident, and independent attitudes truly make her a well-rounded student.  Although she is still bantering around many ideas as far as a career path is concerned, two career paths hold her passion, being a teacher or a missionary.  I know the qualities that she already exemplifies will take her far in life.

It is a joy and an honor to present Caroline Lantis with our Rotary Award.  She is an outstanding young lady, and we eagerly anticipate hearing of Caroline’s additional accomplishments in the future.

The Peachtree Corners Rotary Club meet each Monday at 12:00 p.m. at the Carlyle House in Norcross, visit the club's website for additional information.
