Kellytzia has attended Peachtree Elementary since kindergarten and we are very proud of her accomplishments.  She is caring, open-minded and an inquirer.  She always tries to do her best and strives for Principal’s Honor Roll each quarter.

Kellytzia consistently exhibits qualities that make her a good student, a kind friend and respectful citizen.  She always completes her assignments and actively participates in class activities.  Kellytzia loves to be challenged and always rises to the occasion.  As a friend, she is loyal, helpful and supportive to everyone in the classroom.  The courtesy that she shows others is rewarded by the many friendships that she has formed.  She is also our one of our class Ambassadors. Her job is to help new students transition to Peachtree.

Kellytzia is a creative person, enjoying reading, writing, and math at every free opportunity she has.  Kellytzia’s mother, Rocio, is extremely supportive and very proud of her daughter’s commitment to school and her pursuit of academic excellence.  Through the love and support of her family, Kellytzia has become a well-rounded positive role model.

We are pleased and honored to present Kellytzia Lopez-Acevedo with our Rotary award. She is an outstanding young lady who reflects Peachtree Elementary’s school-wide rules of respect, responsibility, and caring.

Editor's note: Congratulations to Kellytzia, if you know of a student or group of students to nominate for our student of the week feature, please send an email to the Peachthree Corners Patch editor, Judy Putnam.
