Peachtree Elementary Student Recognized at Rotary Club Luncheon

First grade student Rachel Allen received Student of the Week award.

The Peachtree Corners Rotary Club was proud to recognize Peachtree Elementary student Rachel Allen from Mrs. Hehir-Tyler’s first grade class at its weekly meeting on Monday, Sept. 19.

Rachel has attended Peachtree Elementary since kindergarten and we are very proud of her accomplishments.  She is caring, principled and balanced.  She strives for the best in all she sets out to accomplish each and every day at school.

Rachel consistently exhibits qualities that make her a good student, a kind friend, and respectful citizen. She always completes her assignments and actively participates in class activities. Rachel perseveres with enthusiasm and confidence, even when she faces a challenge. As a friend, Rachel is loyal, helpful and supportive to everyone in the classroom.  The courtesy that she shows others is rewarded by her many friendships. 

Through the support of her family, Rachel shows excellence in all that she does. She is a serious student at school and at home, loves to be involved in tennis and soccer!

We are pleased and honored to present Rachel Allen with this week's Rotary award. She is an outstanding young girl who represents by demonstrating respect and by being principled at all times.
