Pinckneyville Middle School Student Honored

Cole Hanna was recognized at the Peachtree Corners Rotary Club on Monday.

Cole Hanna, a 7th grader at , was pronounced the Student of the Week at the weekly Peachtree Corners Rotary Club on Monday at the club's luncheon meeting on Monday.

The Rotary Club's proclamation was read by Rotarian Robert Mann, it stated:

WHEREAS Pinckneyville Middle School student Cole Hanna has been nominated by his teachers as being an outstanding student; the kind of student everyone loves because he enjoys learning.

He is kind and respectful of his peers and teachers. Cole always gives his best in his schoolwork even though he is involved in many other activities such as recycling, intramurals, football, baseball, basketball and tennis.
Cole embodies the IBMYP (International Baccalaureate® (IB) Middle Years Programme) characterist of "principled" because he always does what is right even when no one is looking.

He has a wonderful sense of humor and enjoys working with other students. Cole is a great model of what good chitizenship is, and he will be a positive leader in his future endeavors.
