Teacher of the Year to Address Duluth Graduates

Duluth High School's Erica Millette will speak at the ceremony May 23.

Duluth High's Teacher of the Year is among those speaking at the graduation ceremony this week.

Erica Millette was named the school's Teacher of the Year this year in September. She is a mathematics teacher at Duluth High and has also served as a soccer coach.

Other speakers include: J. Alvin Wilbanks, superintendent; and Mary Kay Murphy, a long-time board member.

There are 564 DHS students graduating, including 120 who are honor graduates.

The ceremony takes at 4 p.m. Thursday, May 23, at the Gwinnett Center Arena.
