While two teams have fallen off the MaxPreps Top 25 High School Girls Basketball Ranking this week, the Lady Blue Devils (20-5) have hopped on it.
The Norcross High girls team have landed the No. 25 spot on the list, according to MaxPreps. The website posted the following about the Norcross team:
Led by the player many consider the best prep in the country, Diamond DeShields, Norcross has played an elite schedule, and four of those losses are to teams in the Xcellent 25.

The Lady Blue Devils are currently competing in the Class AAAAAA state tournament. After defeating Cherokee 76-43 on Tuesday, Norcross will compete next in the semifinals against North Gwinnett at 4 p.m. Saturday, March 2, at Georgia Tech.
