Charles Mack was the coaches’ pick for Wesleyan’s football player of the week for his performance in last week’s 39-13 win over King’s Ridge.

The junior wide receiver/defensive back had two receptions for 38 yards and a touchdown on offense, and had seven tackles on defense.

Will Anderson, quarterback: The sophomore completed 23 of 32 passes for 356 yards and four touchdowns (unofficial). He also scored on a 1-yard run.

Anthony Autry: Three pass receptions, 143 yards, one touchdown.

Isaiah Hinsley: Nine tackles, one tackle for loss, one sack.

Jason Croom: Five receptions, 59 yards.

Joseph Wilbur: Completed 13 of 22 passes for 252 yards, one touchdown.

Tanner Maloof: Was in on 16 tackles.

Tommy Tate: Was in on 13 tackles, had one quarterback hurry, one pass breakup.

Martavius Edwards: Nine total tackles, one fumble recovery (for TD), one pass breakup.

Shon Akins: Eight total tackles, one fumble recovery, three pass breakups.

Kristopher Beauchamp: Seven total tackles, one tackle for loss, one sack, one quarterback hurry.

Cole Kisner: Named team’s special teams player of the week.

James Keeling: Named team’s scout offense player of the week.

Jaquan Frazer: Named team’s scout defense player of the week.
