Do you need a great way to keep your teen moving?
's Teen Boot Camp fitness class gives teens, ages 12-17 years, a chance to get fit while spending time together and having fun!
This circuit workout is perfect for athletes and non-athletes! For kids within this age range wanting to get in shape or become quicker, stronger and more agile for the sports in which they participate.
The free class is held on Wednesdays at 4:45pm in the Activity Room. Within each 45-minute session, the time is comprised of an active warm-up, of circuits that address that day’s training focus, followed by a fun wrap up.
Kids leave feeling energized and smiling. Introducing kids to circuit training can be a fun way to get them involved in physical fitness and put them on the path to a lifelong enjoyment of exercise.
