You are never too old to try new things - whether it's learning a new skill, discovering a new hobby or making new friends.
As we age, it is increasingly important to stay active and exercise regularly. At , older adults can take advantage of wellness programs designed especially for them, like yoga, water exercise, Tai Chi, walking clubs and strength training.
But, the fun doesn't stop there, in addition to exercise wellness programs, the Y offers a range of lifelong learning opportunities and social activities to keep older adults healthy, happy and connected to the community.
"Life is so much more rewarding and fun when we find people and things that inspire us," said Glynda Jolley, an active senior member at Fowler Y.
Make new friends at the Y as a volunteer or join a bridge or canasta club, a knitting group, a book club, or attend one of our monthly social events.
