Beautiful Tabby Abandoned; Now Needs New Home

Mattie looking for a devoted family to call her own.

Mattie is a lovely one-year old brown tabby who very much needs a family and home to call her own.

Mattie was abandoned at an apartment complex and then found huddled on the front doorstep of one of our Angels Among Us Pet Rescue volunteers. We couldn't resist her big, pretty eyes and sweet disposition, and we accepted her into our program.

Mattie has a beautiful silky tiger-striped coat with cute white toes. (Please note her photo's do NOT do her justice!) She is very sweet and loves human interaction.

We do not know her feelings towards dogs at this time, but she is very good with the child in her foster home, and she sleeps with him every night. Although Mattie has had some interaction with other cats, she is not too sure about them, and would probably do best as an only cat. However, she has not shown any signs of aggression with them.

Mattie was very skinny when she was taken in, and we are working on fattening her up as we speak. She is a wonderful companion kitty who would just LOVE to find a devoted family to take care of her. Are you that special someone who can give this sweet kitty the "furever" home she so much deserves?

To request an adoption application for Mattie and/or to arrange a "meet and greet," please contact her foster mom, Allison, at (404) 914-8672.

All of the cats in the Angels Among Us Pet Rescue adoption program have been spayed/neutered, tested for feline leukemia and feline AIDS, vaccinated, treated for internal and external parasites, and microchipped. (We pay for the microchip registration as part of your adoption fee.) Our adoption fee is typically $135 for each cat, or $235 if you adopt two of them.
