Young Tortoise Shell Feline Looking for Loving Home

Daphne is a healthy 2-year-old female cat that has been spayed and vetted and may be adopted through Angels Among Us Pet Rescue.

By Beth Hale

Meet sweet Daphne, a tortoise shell, domestic short hair kitty who is around 2 years old.  She is a small size and very easy to take care of.  Daphne is spayed, microchipped, up-to-date on shots and vetting, healthy and ready to be adopted.

She is great at using her litter box 100 percent of the time. She is great with people, other cats and being around calm dogs.  She has no bad habits or issued that need to be addressed.  Her foster mom says Daphne is a smart, funny gal who loves to be petted and will rub against you or touch your hand with her paw to let you know she needs your attention.

She loves to drink water directly from the faucet and will run to the kitchen for a drink whenever she hears you turn the water on. She’s also been known to just sometimes sit by the sink and meow softly for you to come turn it on for her!

Daphne came from Fulton County AC and had kittens with her at the time. Here's a wonderful story about this awesome kitty that makes her so very special: when her own kittens were weaned and no longer needed mom to feed them, Daphne willingly took on and nursed orphaned kittens.

This precious feline deserves a wonderful home and family to adopt her and make her their own.  Daphne would do well in most environments but would truly shine in a quiet and moderately quiet home.  She enjoys other cats but she could also be perfectly happy being an only kitty in the home.

You see, Daphne wants and deserves to live the good life in a home where she could get all the loving and attention from her person, and maybe gaze out her window, or watch TV on the sofa by your side in the evenings. The thing she craves most, though is a family and home of her own.
