What's On Your Wish List For New Town Center Development?

What should be included in the mixed use development planned for the 20+ acres across from The Forum? A dinner theater, a dog park, space for outdoor gatherings?

Now that the decision has been made on the developer for the 20.6 acres across from The Forum, the next question is what's going to be built on this coveted piece of property.

Diana Wheeler, the city's community development director, said there will be plenty of opportunity for Peachtree Corners residents to weigh in on what they would like to see built on the old Roberts property.

The land has been rezoned for mixed use development, which means it can include a combination of retail stores, restaurants, hotels and residential units.

According to the presentation made on August 20, Fuqua Development proposes that along with retail, restaurants and residential, the Atlanta-based developer recommends more entertainment including a dinner theater and a health club.

So, Peachtree Corners, here's your chance to say what you'd like included in the town center.  Use the comment box below and start your wish list.
