Management is very cold and non-responsive to problems in apt units such as noise from poor subflooring, hollow and weak entrance doors, roaches, poorly designed balconies, three management changes in two years, low security, more roaches, no fire extinguishers or sprinklers, always rent increases with no quality repairs or upgrades, and yes extra large roaches. This apartment complex have great potential, however the owners and property management are forever annoying and disrespectful to the residents with favoritism toward elder and/or Hispanic tenants; Sexual assault instances that are blamed on the residents, and petty crimes continually on the rise that are blamed on the residents, and much advertisement about amenities that don’t exist -no gym. The cockroaches congregate nightly out in the open corridors by the dozens while often coming in the broad cracks to make away whatever they can crab. One of the worst experience ever waiting for repairs, replacement, or fixing the units.
