Built around an 88-acre lake, the City of Berkeley Lake is a picturesque community located between Peachtree Corners and Duluth. The lake's dam, constructed in 1948, is one of the largest earthen dams in the state. Incorporated in 1956, natural beauty surrounds the city that includes a wild animal refuge.
