I would not call it "upscale" at all...as the review says. However, it is very good Japanese food. You'll find lots of Japanese people here, which means it's authentic and good. Also reasonably priced. A little hard to find...on the Northbound access road for PIB just north of Winters Chapel (next to Burger King), and the entry looks like..."is this IT?" but it's worth the voyage.

Thanks for the heads up, Liz. I removed the word "upscale" because I totally agree with you. More casual than upscale. I just ate at Sushi Yoko on Saturday and totally love the authentic food there, too!
