Definitely stay off the roads at least until 1p.m. It will be highly questionable if things willRead More improve after that point. Whatever snow, ice and slush did not come close to melting will quickly refreeze. Further, it will be surprising if the clogged interstates will clear by this evening. We might be looking at a full recovery by late Thursday morning.

There may be flurries throughout the day, but this is a media event to sell ads on NBC's The WeatherRead More Channel so they can pay the buyout mortgage. I doubt there will be any accumulation in "The Corners" and I'll answer for my prediction here tomorrow morning.

I would not commit to any scenario at the moment. This is an incredibly unpredictable weatherRead More pattern. Indeed all of the "pandemonium" makes for great entertainment which translates into dollar$ for those covering it, but the truth is, the weather pros are stumped. Tonight's event could go either way - from as little as a trace to around four inches of snow. Hopefully this will be nothing like March 1993 or January 2011.

Well, I'm going to go ahead and admit my prediction above was wrong. Ok snow, I admitted it! YouRead More can STOP NOW!!!
