Learning Continues After School

The Robert D. Fowler YMCA in Peachtree Corners provides an after school program for elementary and middle school children.

Visitors to the Robert D. Fowler YMCA in Peachtree Corners may see school aged children around the premises during the afternoons. Each day elementary and middle school students participate in activities focused on enhancing their learning through the Y's after school program. The elementary after school program already has 25 children signed up while the middle school program has 35 students. Not bad considering school just came back in session on Monday. The elementary and the middle school programs run from school dismissal until 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday each week during the school year. Students from Simpson and Peachtree elementary schools as well as Pickneyville Middle School may participate in the program.
