  And we are off and running. OK, maybe we are off and limping, with little change since the end of the year. For this update we will use two elementary schools, Peachtree and Simpson to define our search. Once Peachtree Corners becomes a city in July we will be able to use the City of Peachtree Corners to bring you the sales reports for the area. There are 96 active listings. At the beginning of the month there were 92 active listings so inventory is beginning to go up which is normal for this time of the year. Six homes sold in January. This means that there is a 16 month supply of homes to sell if we don’t see considerable increases of the next few months.
