Christmas Tree Sales Were Brisk Sunday at Annual NHS Baseball Fundraiser

Fresh trees and wreaths are for sale until Dec. 18. Proceeds from the tree sales helps fund the Blue Devils baseball team.

Sunday, it turns out, was a perfect day to buy a Christmas tree. The lot at the annual Norcross High School Dugout Club Christmas Tree Sale was filled with families from Peachtree Corners and neighboring Berkeley Lake who took advantage of the unseasonably warm afternoon to shop for a tree at the Norcross Baseball Team's annual tree sale fundraiser. The lot is located on the corner of Peachtree Parkway and Spalding Drive. Chris Prince was shopping for the family's Christmas tree along with his, son Peyton, and daughter Piper, Sunday afternoon. "We've been buying trees here for a couple of years," said Prince who lives in Berkeley Lake. "We're glad to help these guys out."
