Long-Time Gwinnett Resident, Scott Ferguson Passes Away
A former Norcross High School graduate and Gwinnett County Commission board member, Mr. Ferguson died on June 24.
C. Scott Ferguson, 61, of Suwanee, GA, died June 24, 2012. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 28 at 2:00 PM at Duluth First United Methodist Church. Burial will follow at Peachtree Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Wednesday, June 27, 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Ferguson was a graduate of Norcross High School and previously attended Georgia State University. Before retiring, he owned and operated W.H. Ferguson & Sons in Norcross. Mr. Ferguson was former president of the Gwinnett County Chamber of Commerce and former board member of the Gwinnett County Commission. He served on the Executive Board of the Dartha B.
