Update: Norcross Suspect in Missing Girl Case Charged With Statutory Rape

Raymundo Aranda-Parra, 24, is being charged in the case involving Griselda Cibrian, the 14-year-old who was reported missing Sunday afternoon in Glennville and was found in Norcross.

UPDATED: 2:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 12. Raymundo Aranda-Parra has been charged with interference with custody and statutory rape, according to Norcross Police. He is being transferred from the Norcross Police Department to the Gwinnett County Detention Center where he will be held without bond. -------- Norcross Police say Griselda Cibrian, the 14-year-old from Glennville who was reported missing Sunday afternoon and found in Norcross on Monday morning, went voluntarily with 24-year-old Raymundo Aranda-Parra, and it was not an abduction. Missing Southeast Georgia Girl Found in Norcross

Greselda Cibrian, a 14-year-old girl, had been taken from Glennville, Ga., on Sunday.

Norcross police found missing 14-year-old Amber Alert victim Griselda Cibrian at an area motel Monday morning, according to a news release from the police department. The girl had called her mother shortly before and told her where she was, police said. She was picked up at about 8:20 a.m. She had been reported missing from Glennville in southeast Georgia on Sunday afternoon. About an hour later, police found the man Griselda left Glennville with, 24-year-old Raymundo Aranda-Parra, and took him into custody, according to the news release.  Police said Aranda-Parra is being held on the charge of interference with custody while detectives investigate.
