Norcross Man Apparently a Homicide Victim
The body of Timothy Lance Kemp, 46, was found in a grassy area behind an apartment building.
A man’s body was found this morning behind a Harbin Springs Apartments building. Police found the man dead from a gunshot wound to the head in what they believe was a homicide. The victim has now been identified as 46-year-old Timothy Lance Kemp, a resident of the apartments. Gwinnett County Police received a call at 8:18 a.m. after a maintenance worker found the body while doing his morning rounds, according to Cpl. Edwin Ritter.
