The Spring Kidsignments Sale runs Feb. 12-Feb.16 at the Gwinnett County Fairgrounds in Lawrenceville. The sale starts at 9 a.m. each day. This giant consignment sale features gently used kids clothing, toys, furniture, coats, shoes, and books. 1,400 people sell, and there are thousands of choices. Fundraisers and schools are synonymous. If you have ever had a child in school, you have been asked to sell cookie dough, wrapping paper or meet at a local restaurant for a spirt night. The moms of Winters Chapel United Methodist Preschool are leveraging their professional backgrounds and entrepreneurial skills to improve its primary fundraiser - its consignment sales. In the past, the school has outsourced the management of such sales. however, beginning with the upcoming Spring Sale, the school's fundraiser will be managed by a group of super moms and run entirely by volunteers.
