The California-based technology company is transitioning its Customer Solution Center to the Alpharetta campus off Westside Parkway.

HP is moving its Customer Solution Center support to Alpharetta from Rio Rancho, NM, creating 200 jobs in North Fulton. In May 2012, HP announced a restructuring plan designed to simplify business processes, accelerate innovation and deliver better results for customers, employees and stockholders. An HP spokesperson said as part of that plan and in an effort to drive efficiencies, the Jan. 7 announcement to transition all Customer Solution Center (CSC) support currently delivered from New Mexico to Alpharetta.   The transition of the CSC will happen over the course of HP's fiscal year, which ends Oct. 31. McDonald's to Fill 1,000 Positions in Metro Atlanta

Company looking for managers and crews. Job push is tomorrow, April 19.

McDonald’s and its franchisees announced plans to fill more than 1,000 new positions at 277 Atlanta area restaurants on Tuesday, April 19. The staffing push is part of National Hiring Day, which seeks to hire up to 50,000 restaurant managers and crew, an average of four per restaurant, in one day. McDonald's East Division President Karen King will be visiting the Old Peachtree Road store in Duluth to help celebrate the hiring initiative. King began her career with McDonald's in 1975 as a crew employee in Lawrenceville.
