Blue Devils Baseball Player to Commit to KSU
Norcross High junior Griffin Helms will verbally commit to Kennesaw State University on Monday, Feb. 4.
Griffin Helms of the Norcross Blue Devils baseball team will verbally commit to Kennesaw State University on Monday, Feb. 4, according to NHS head coach Jonathan Wyman. The 5'10" 200-pound catcher is only a junior at Norcross High. He earned him varsity letter as a freshman scholar-athlete, according to the Norcross baseball website. "Continuing your playing career beyond high school is a dream for many that is achieved by very few, let alone a current junior in high school," said Wyman. "Please join the Norcross Baseball family in congratulating Griffin on this prestigious honor." Wyman explained that Kennesaw State is a Division I school that plays in the Atlantic Sun Conference, a college athletic conference operating in the Southeast. …
