City's Charter Available Online
Access Peachtree Corners original City Charter via the Web.
With the recent news about Peachtree Corners city leaders entering a contract to purchase property and the two amendments approved by City Council recently, there's been a good bit of conversation about the City Charter. If you don't have a copy handy, there are two ways to view the charter - and print out a copy to keep on hand. 1. Visit the city's website and click on the link marked "City Charter" 2. Steve, your statement that our city has a total license to do whatever any other city in the state does is not correct. PC has the same powers, but they can only be used for limited purposes. You need to distinguish between "powers" and "purposes" in the charter.
