Property for Sale on Spalding: How Would You Like To See it Developed?

Over three acres are up for sale on the corner of Spalding Drive and Spalding Terrace.

Property across from Norcross High School, currently zoned residential, is on the market. The property, some three-and-a-half acres, is part of the Spalding Terrace subdivision. Many of the homes in the development were built in the late 1970s and sit on acre lots, something common back when there was plenty of land and few residents. Edward Hales, a broker with Workman & Co. is marketing the property in behalf of two homeowners whose residences are located at the entrance to the subdivision. "There are two lots for sale," said Hales. The price he quoted was $250,000 per acre. The property has been up for sale for about a year, said Hales who added, "the owners are motivated."
