Special City Council Meeting Called for Monday 5 p.m.
Over the weekend Peachtree Corners city leaders scheduled the Special Called meeting; a property purchase is the only item listed on the agenda.
On the City of Peachtree Corners website, you'll find a newly scheduled City Council meeting to be held on Monday, Feb. 18, 2013 at 5 p.m. The agenda is short with only one action item listed. It reads: "Authorization of the Mayor, City Manager and City Attorney to enter into a contract for the purchase of property as identified by the Mayor and Council." As this is a Special Called Council Meeting, there is no period on the agenda for Public Comment but the council and mayor will be available to speak and answer questions after the meeting.
