Karson Smith, a second grade student, has been named the Peachtree Corners Rotary Club's student of the month.
On Monday, May 6, 2013 during its weekly meeting, the Peachtree Corners Rotary Club recognized recognized Karson Smith who attends Simpson Elementary School, as its student of the month. A proclamation was presented which pronounced: Simpson Elementary is proud to recognize Karson Smith from Ms. Walker’s second grade class as our Rotary Student of the Month. Karson is an excellent student and we are proud of the exceptional learner and leader he has become during his years at Simpson. As a learner, he accepts every challenge given to him by his teachers. A proclamation was presented which pronouced: WHEREAS Pinckneyville Middle School student Joshua Maxson has been nominated by his teachers as being an outstanding straight A student; the kind of student everyone loves because he enjoys learning.
