How Will You Spend This Week Between Holidays?

It's a hectic time of year, but the week between Christmas and New Year's seems sometimes like some much needed "free time." How will you spend your last week of 2012?

Christmas 2012 can be checked off the list; the hustle and bustle to create a perfect holiday memory is ... just a memory. So how do you traditionally spend the week between Christmas and New Year’s?   Visiting relatives? For many, the week between Christmas and New Year’s is all about travel — either home or the continuance of visitations. AAA and HIS Global Insight say the 2012-13 year-end holiday should see about 93.3 million travelers venturing at least 50 miles from home — a 1.6 percent increase from a year ago. About 90 percent of that travel will be via automobile and 6 percent by air.
