Duluth, Norcross Make Best High School List
The U.S. News and World Report rank the two schools among the top in the state.
U.S. News and World Report has released this year's ranking for best high schools nationally and statewide, both Duluth and Norcross High Schools are near the top in state rankings. Duluth High School ranked No. 10 in the state and No. 592 nationally, while Norcross High School took the No. 12 in state rankings and No. 667 for the country. According to the report, nearly 22,000 public high schools in 49 states and the District of Columbia were evaluated. Schools were awarded gold, silver, or bronze medals based on state proficiency standards, how well they prepare students for college, and other factors.
