Blue Devils Football Team Receives Special Recognition
Tuesday evening the Blue Devils state championship team and coaches were presented a "Resolution of Recognition" from Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners.
After winning the school's first state football championship title in December 2012, the Norcross High School varsity football team was in the spotlight again on Tuesday night. The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners invited the team to its monthly meeting and presented a Resolution of Recognition to the Blue Devils for the win. "I was so excited watching the championship game," Commissioner Lynette Howard told the coaching staff and team. "It was a magical time, everyone was so excited.
