Volunteers Lend Hand in Great American Cleanup
Residents pitch in on Saturday in annual community improvement program.
Each spring Gwinnett Clean & Beautiful, in partnership with the annual Great American Cleanup campaign, kicks of a program to encourage everyone to find ways to improve their community. In Peachtree Corners 19 residents volunteered their Saturday morning (May 12) to clean up a section of a heavily traveled road in their community. "The volunteers concentrated on the stretch of Peachtree Corners Circle from Holcomb Bridge Road to Jones Mill Spur," said Pat Bruschini, a Peachtree Corners resident who headed the effort.
