Local Voices Wanted for Patch Blog

Calling all cooking enthusiasts, gardeners, fashion gurus and everyone in between to join the chorus.

Part of the Patch mission is to strengthen communities and improve the lives of its residents, but we can't do it without you. Our Local Voices section allows members of the community—from cooking enthusiasts to local politicians and everyone in between—to interact and post directly to the site. These posts then appear on the homepage, in the daily newsletter and are shared by editors via Facebook and Twitter. The best thing about sharing your stuff on Patch is it's your space so it's your rules. Write as frequently, or infrequently as you'd like. Short or long, essay style or a quick how-to. Blogging on Patch is a great way to share your opinions with the community and get your voice out there. Interested? E-mail me at judy.putnam@patch.…

Join Our Chorus of Local Voices: Blog on Patch

Do you have a passion for gardening, participate in a book club, or enjoy keeping up with local or national political issues? Join our "Local Voices."

Share what you know. Ask what you don't. Patch blogs give anyone from gardening enthusiasts to community leaders to local business owners the power to easily share ideas, expertise, questions, or even just a cool photo with the whole neighborhood. Chances are you know something, saw something or think something about this community that your neighbors would love to hear or see. And you don't have to write the phone book or know the difference between a dangling modifier and a split infinitive. Long, short or totally casual — it's all good. So speak up! Click here to get started.
