I am the Owner and Head Trainer at Formula CrossFit in the heart of Peachtree Corners, GA.  After having my first son at 23 years old and 262 pounds, I woke up and realized that I needed to make a change if I ever wanted to meet my grandkids.   With 80 pounds lost, a bachelors degree in biology from Georgia State University, a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certification, and 5+ years of research in the areas of health, fitness, fat loss, and nutrition, my life and work is dedicated to serving the community of Peachtree Corners through nutrition and fitness education and training at Formula CrossFit.   For more about me, read my whole story.
