Robert Byars, Neighbor

Born in Philadelphia, Robert has lived in Georgia for over a decade and settled with his wife, Safiya in the Peachtree Corners neighborhood of Brookwood.  Robert and Safiya specifically chose Gwinnett because it was, and remains, a great place to live, work and play.  Most importantly, the Byars settled here to build their family that currently includes their two year old daughter, Olivia.  Robert’s work in the community has followed him from his days in Pennsylvania as an Eagle Scout to his commitment to service in various fields here in Georgia. <br><br>Robert received his Bachelors degree in Sociology from Morehouse College and his Master’s in Social Work from Clark Atlanta University.  Currently, Robert is a Medical Social Worker at Grady Memorial Hospital.
