A lot of us complain about service from airline employees now a days, but I heard from a long-time Delta flight attendant yesterday and she said the same works in reverse. She said she used to love her job, but the public is just isn't the same public anymore. She said over the last 20 or so years, people have just got so much more rude and entitled than they used to be - being nice is not so easy anymore.
