CiCi's is Back!
Good news for Peachtree Corners pizza lovers - the popular restaurant which had been closed for months reopens on Monday.
After CiCi's closed its doors several months ago, we were delighted to see it's about to reopen.
Now under new ownership, the pizza eatery will open on Monday, June 18 at 11 a.m. Business partners John Kling and Martin Drucker have a big week planned to celebrate the opening.
"From June 18 - 24, CiCi's is giving the first 25 guests free pizza for the entire year," said Kling.
And on Thursday, June 28, "it's free pizza day," added Drucker.
The restaurant, which seats 170+, is the second CiCi's franchise owned and operated by the duo. Kling and Drucker also own the Roswell restaurant on Alpharetta Highway.
The interior has a new, fresh design, said Rudy Nieblas, CiCi's marketing director. "There are more games, more flat screens, upgraded seating and free WiFi," said Nieblas. The upgraded decor features dark wood, new tile and a larger buffet.
CiCi's Pizza serves pizza, pastas, wings, salads and desserts buffet style.
The business began in 1985 in Plano, Texas, today there are over 600 restaurants located in 36 states.
Kling began working with CiCi's restaurant as a general manager and worked at the Peachtree Corners eatery for five years before moving to the Roswell location two years ago.
Then Kling and Drucker (a long-time CiCi's customer) got their heads together and decided to purchsed their first franchise, (the Roswell store) before expanding to the Peachtree Corners location.
