Cheeseburger Bobby's Now Open in Peachtree Corners

In the mood for a burger with all the fixing - well you're in luck, and you won't even have to leave Peachtree Corners.

Cheeseburger Bobby's, a Cobb County-based business, has ventured into Gwinnett County and chose Peachtree Corners for its first location.

There's plenty to like about this new fast-casual restaurant - comfortable seating, a pleasant wait staff and really good food. There's a variety of food, burgers of course, but also chicken sandwiches and hot dogs.

But it's Cheeseburger Bobby's build-your-own-burger that's the main draw.

Patch had a chance to sit down briefly with the new owner, Michael Eaton, to ask about his new restaurant.

"We're franchise No. 6 and the first in Gwinnett," said Eaton, who said he was sold on the idea of opening a franchise after eating at a Cheeseburger Bobby's in Marietta.

"I really liked the concept of offering a classic burger that you can dress yourself. No one knows how you like your burger better than you do," said Eaton.

Cheeseburger Bobby's offers 11 different ingredients to add to your burger and seven different sauces to select. And there are nine different burgers to choose including a bacon cheeseburger, smokehouse burger and chili cheeseburger.

And like the burgers - there are choices in fries, classic French Fries, cheese fries and chili cheese fries - plus onion rings and Cole slaw.

Prices range from $4.49 for a Bobby's Single Classic Cheeseburger to $5.29 for a a Double Chili Cheeseburger, chicken sandwiches from $5.29 to $5.69, hot dogs from $3.29 to $3.99.

And there's dessert too, frozen parfaits, ice cream cones and milk shakes, all $2.00 each.

Food quality and service are the Hallmark of the business said Eaton. The restaurant serves only 100 percent fresh beef. "And each guest gets a table visit and a mint, additional fries or sample of our frozen custard," he said.

Cheeseburger Bobby's was founded in 2007 by brothers Bob and Richard Stoll. Eaton said after meeting the two founders he decided that "these were guys I'd like to do business with."
