After Flying Biscuit Cafe failed its restaurant inspection last week, owner Brad Rubenstein closed to make needed repairs and also to retrain his staff.
On Thursday, Sept. 19, the popular Peachtree Corners eatery reopened with several new menu items and new hours of operation.
New on the menu is Very Berry Chicken Salad and Southern Benedict. Rubeinstein said the restaurant which has always served turkey bacon, has added pork bacon to the menu.
"We're now open for breakfast and lunch," said Rubeinstein. The restaurant had previously been open through the dinner hour.
The restaurant is open from 7 a.m. - 3 p.m. seven days a week.
